PoliciesDeposits: We require a 50% deposit in order to take the house off the market. The remainder of the payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. All major credit cards are accepted. Local taxes are not included (13%). A two night minimum on weekends and holidays is required. One time pet fee of $30.00 will be charged. Cancellations: Deposits on cancellations received more than 14 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will be fully refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less from the scheduled date of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. If the suite(s) is re–booked you will be charged only the $25.00 processing fee. Restrictions: There is no smoking allowed indoors. No candles.
